Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery

Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and may be extended by holidays, promotions, carrier delays, or customs processing.

  • Free Shipping (Without Tracking): $0; estimated 12–25 business days.
  • Standard Shipping (With Tracking): $5 within Hong Kong and $10 to supported international destinations; estimated 7–18 business days.

Available options and the final charge are confirmed at checkout for the delivery address.

What Happens After You Click 'Buy'

Every order begins its journey at our fulfillment center in China. From the moment your purchase is completed, our system locks in the details, which means verifying your model and color choices beforehand is crucial—no adjustments can be made once the order enters processing. As soon as the package leaves our facility, a confirmation email with your tracking number is sent, and the responsibility for shepherding the delivery shifts to you. The final shipping charge you see at checkout is determined by the combined factors of your package's weight and its destination.

Keep in mind that our processing speed can fluctuate. During high-volume windows like major holidays or promotional sales, you should expect that it will take longer for your order to be packed and handed off to the carrier. We do not operate on a fixed processing timetable, so building in a buffer for these busier cycles is always a good practice.

Your Role in the Journey

A smooth handoff to your doorstep is a partnership. Once the tracking information is in your inbox, the active management of the delivery becomes your domain. This means monitoring the shipment's progress and being ready to answer any follow-up questions from the courier or customs officials. The final leg of delivery is managed by your local post office or a private courier; if you aren't available to accept the parcel, they will typically leave a notice card explaining where and how you can collect it.

The consequences of inaction at this stage are significant. Should a package be sent back to us or become undeliverable because you did not track it, supply the necessary paperwork, or respond to official notifications, the outcome is final: no refund will be processed, and no free replacement will be shipped. To get the items, placing a new order will be necessary. This also applies to verifying your own country's import rules. Before you order, you must check that your items are not restricted by local postal regulations, as Fireniq cannot be held liable for any items refused entry into the destination country.

When the Package Crosses a Border

International shipments are subject to the scrutiny of your local customs authority, and their processes are entirely outside our control. These officials may require extra documentation and additional time to clear your parcel, which can push the delivery beyond any initial estimate. All associated import taxes, duties, and related customs fees are levied directly by that office and are not covered by Fireniq. These charges are your responsibility to pay upon the parcel's arrival. For a clear picture of what these costs might be, your best resource is to contact your local customs authority directly.

The Financial Side of International Orders

The transaction itself has a financial layer that goes beyond the product price. While you can browse our catalog with prices displayed in your local currency, the final checkout amount is always processed in USD. All payments are securely handled in USD via Paypal or Stripe on the checkout page. This currency conversion can lead to two specific outcomes if your credit card account is not based in US Dollars:

First, your bank or card issuer will likely use an exchange rate that differs from the one you saw while shopping. Second, they may add a separate foreign currency transaction fee to your statement. These charges are determined and applied entirely by your financial institution, and we have no control over them. We recommend speaking with your bank directly to understand their specific policies on international purchases.

The Point of No Return

Our warehouse system is designed for speed, and once an order enters the processing queue, it becomes irreversible. If you realize you need to make a change or cancel, you must contact us immediately. The window for this is extremely narrow. The moment our warehouse begins work on your order—which includes any item that has been packed or shipped—no further alterations of any kind are possible. An order in this state cannot be canceled under any circumstances. The finality of this process means that double-checking every detail at the time of purchase is the only way to ensure you get exactly what you want.
